Garland service across LA
The LA Garland authority — 160 years of brand, full lineup coverage, single-call Ali Group family
When a Garland goes down in an LA kitchen, the failures our techs at Same Day Appliance Repair run most are the SIT gas-control and burner items that cut across the whole lineup: a SIT thermocouple (the flame safety that shuts the gas if the pilot drops), a gas valve or SIT control, and burner-orifice cleaning on the Master Series and Sentry heavy-duty ranges. On the MCO Master Series convection ovens it's the blower motor, on the GS infrared charbroilers the burner element, and on the ED electric griddles the heating element. We service the full Garland lineup, ranges, MCO convection, GS/GD charbroilers, griddles, Premier/Sunbeam fryers, salamanders, and Hotel Pan Holding, on one Ali Group sibling-call that also covers Frymaster, Manitowoc, Beverage-Air, and Champion, and we stock SIT control components on the truck for same-visit resolution. Typical work runs $200-$340 for a SIT thermocouple, $280-$480 for a gas valve and SIT control, $400-$700 for an MCO convection blower, $320-$560 for a GS infrared burner element, and $700-$1,200 for a control board, most calls $340-$750. Commercial diagnostic is $120, waived with the repair, BHGS #A49573, EPA 608 Universal certified (#1346255700410).
Across the Garland equipment our techs service in LA, the failures cluster on the gas-control side first. SIT thermocouples lead, the flame-safety device on Garland's gas lineup, an easy and frequent fix. Gas valves and SIT control swaps are next, then burner-orifice cleaning on the heavy-duty ranges. On the MCO convection ovens the blower motor and the heating element lead instead, and on the GS/GD charbroilers the infrared or radiant burner element. ED electric griddle elements and door and oven thermostats fill the mid-band. G-series heavy-duty burner refurbishes are higher on cost, and control boards, rare on Garland but expensive, are the last. Because there's no LA-area Garland authorized service, our techs are the default LA authority, covering the full lineup and stocking SIT parts so most calls close same-visit, and the Ali Group parts chain keeps a used auction Garland serviceable even at 15 years.
Garland Group has manufactured commercial cooking equipment since 1864 — among the oldest continuously-operating commercial range makers in North America. Today the brand is part of Ali Group's foodservice family, following the July 2022 Welbilt Inc. acquisition. Manufacturing continues at the Mississauga, Ontario, Canada plant. The full Garland lineup runs deep — Master Series and Sentry heavy-duty ranges, MCO Master Series convection ovens, GS infrared and GD radiant charbroilers, gas and ED electric griddles, Premier and Sunbeam fryers, Hotel Pan Holding cabinets, salamander broilers. We service every category across all five SoCal counties on the $120 commercial diagnostic schedule, waived when you approve the repair.
The Garland manufacturer factory-service network lists training centers in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and Irving, Texas. There is no LA-area Garland authorized service presence. That gap is real, and it shapes who Garland operators in LA actually call when something fails. We have built our Garland practice around being that LA-area authority by default — covering the full product lineup (not just ranges), running the Ali Group sibling-call workflow (Garland + Frymaster + Manitowoc + Beverage-Air + Champion + Lincoln on one service account), and stocking SIT control components on the truck so most service calls resolve same-visit.
This pillar covers the broader Garland brand. For deep range coverage — M-series electric, G-series gas, US Range sibling, Charbroilers GS-series infrared steakhouse line — we maintain a dedicated detail page at /brands/garland-range-repair/. This page extends that with MCO convection ovens, GD radiant charbroilers, griddles, fryers, holding cabinets, and the brand-level operational context.
Brand ownership and history
Garland, Ali Group family member, manufacturing since 1864
The current ownership chain: Garland Group → Welbilt Inc. → Ali Group (July 2022). The Welbilt corporate identity ended with that acquisition; references in older SERP content and pre-2022 service-provider sites that describe Garland as "Welbilt Garland" or "Welbilt subsidiary" are out of date by about three years now. The factually accurate framing is Ali Group NA, with the Mississauga, Ontario, Canada manufacturing plant operationally intact under the new parent.
What that means practically for LA service: Garland sits inside the same Ali Group foodservice portfolio as Frymaster (commercial fryers — McDonald's OEM), Manitowoc Ice (commercial ice machines), Beverage-Air (back-bar refrigeration), Champion and CMA (commercial dishwashers), Convotherm (combi ovens), Lincoln (conveyor pizza ovens), Kolpak / Master-Bilt / Nor-Lake (walk-in coolers), Delfield (commercial refrigeration), and US Range — Garland's direct sibling brand under the same Ali umbrella. Pitco — the other major commercial fryer brand — is NOT part of Ali Group; Pitco is Middleby Corporation family via the Blodgett 1981 acquisition chain. For LA kitchens running multi-Ali equipment configurations (extremely common in hotel banquet operations, steakhouse builds, and Ali-spec dealer packages), one service relationship covers all of it. We carry the parts catalogs and the technician relationships across the full Ali sibling list, plus the Middleby parts pipeline for Pitco coverage.
The 1864 founding date matters more than it sounds. Garland has continuously operated under various parent structures for 160 years — Welbilt before Ali, manufacturing concerns before Welbilt, original Garland Stove Company before that. Parts continuity is unusually deep as a result. We routinely service Garland equipment from the 1990s and 2000s with the same OEM parts pipeline used for current production. Even legacy Master Series and Sentry units typically have full parts availability.
Full lineup we service
The complete Garland commercial cooking lineup
Five primary product categories plus specialty configurations. Most LA Garland-equipped kitchens run multiple categories — a steakhouse with Sentry G-series ranges plus GS Charbroilers plus an MCO convection oven, or a hotel banquet kitchen with Master Series ranges plus Premier fryers plus Hotel Pan Holding cabinets. Single service call resolves equipment across the full lineup.
Heavy-duty ranges
Lines: Master Series (M electric, US Range gas), Sentry G24 / G36 / G48 / G60, Restaurant Series modular.
Where in LA: Steakhouses (Sentry G + Charbroilers), hotel banquet (Master Series + US Range), LAUSD central kitchens (Sentry).
Deep range coverage on our Garland Range combo page.
MCO convection ovens
Models: MCO-GS-10S single gas (10 pans), MCO-GS-20 double-stack gas (20 pans), MCO-ES single electric, MCO-ED double electric, Sunfire Series half-size.
Where in LA: Mid-segment restaurants, hotel banquet prep, catering production kitchens, school cafeterias.
Charbroilers + Salamanders
Lines: GS-series infrared (steakhouse standard, covered in detail on Range combo), GD-series radiant gas (mid-segment grills), Salamander broilers (restaurant finishing and browning stations).
Where in LA: Mastro's, Ruth's Chris, Wolfgang's, STK, Capital Grille — premium steakhouse cluster. GD radiant at casual-dining grill concepts. Salamanders at brunch programs and finishing stations.
Griddles
Models: G24-G24 / G36-G36 / G48-G48 gas flat-tops (24" / 36" / 48"), ED-30 / ED-48 electric flat-tops, drop-in griddle modules.
Where in LA: Diner format operations, hotel breakfast service, brunch-heavy concepts, hospital cafeterias.
Fryers
Lines: Premier Series open-pot gas fryers (40-lb, 50-lb capacity), Sunbeam Series tube-fired gas fryers (higher-thermal-recovery for high-volume operations).
Where in LA: Operations running a full Garland kitchen package where Premier and Sunbeam came in as part of the Ali-spec dealer build. Second-tier to Pitco/Frymaster in the broader LA install base but consistent presence in Garland-standardized kitchens.
Hotel Pan Holding cabinets
Use: Banquet hold and transport, production-then-hold workflows, catering operations. Heated cabinet warmers for hotel pan transport.
Where in LA: Hotel banquet kitchens, large catering operations (Patina Restaurant Group, Wolfgang Puck Catering), institutional food service production lines.
MCO convection ovens
MCO Master Series — the value-positioned convection choice
The MCO line is one of Garland's least-marketed but most operationally consequential products in the LA mid-market. When an operator needs convection bake capacity but Rational SCC pricing isn't justified by the menu — bakery production, banquet prep, school-cafeteria sheet-pan throughput — MCO is the answer that lands at 40 to 60 percent of combi-oven price for comparable bake performance.
MCO-GS-10S. Single full-size gas convection, 10 standard pans. Workhorse mid-segment unit. We see these at Pasadena restaurants, Beverly Hills bakery production, mid-LA banquet halls. Most common service items: convection blower motor at year 6 to 9 ($400 to $700 installed), door gasket replacement at year 4 to 6 ($150 to $280), SIT gas valve at year 7 to 10.
MCO-GS-20. Double-stack gas, 20 pans total. High-volume banquet operations, large hotel kitchen production. DTLA hotel banquet prep frequently runs MCO-GS-20 in pairs for tournament-style service throughput. Service profile mirrors GS-10S with two of each component to monitor.
MCO-ES and MCO-ED. Electric variants for kitchens without commercial gas supply or where the operator specifically preferred electric. Heating element replacement runs $300 to $520 — the primary aging failure mode on electric MCO units.
Sunfire Series. Half-size convection footprint for cafes, smaller production operations, secondary bake stations. Same gas-vs-electric split as the full MCO line.
Common diagnostic note: MCO door gasket failures are the single most common slow-developing problem we see. Operators rarely notice gradual gasket compression loss, but it produces measurable bake-temperature drift across the cavity. When a Pasadena pastry kitchen calls about uneven baking, the first check is door gasket compression — often before the thermostat.
Charbroilers GD and Salamander
The non-steakhouse Charbroilers — GD radiant and Salamander broilers
The Garland Charbroilers GS-series infrared line gets most of the steakhouse attention (and lives in detail on our Range combo page). But Garland's other broiler products show up frequently in LA mid-market and finishing stations.
GD-series radiant gas charbroilers. Lava-rock and radiant configurations for casual-dining grill operations, burger concepts, mid-segment menu programs. The GD architecture uses radiant-plate heat transfer rather than the GS infrared burner system — different service profile, different parts catalog. Most common GD failures: burner orifice clogging ($180 to $300 cleaning), gas valve replacement ($280 to $480), grate replacement at year 6 to 10 ($280 to $480 depending on size). LA install base spans mid-tier steakhouse outposts, burger-focused concepts, and casual-dining grill programs across Mid-City, Hollywood, Long Beach.
Salamander broilers. Overhead infrared finishing units for restaurant browning, melting, and au gratin stations. Common at brunch operations, French restaurants, Italian kitchens running cheese-finishing, and steakhouse plating stations. Service items: infrared element burnout (replacement $240 to $420), gas valve, pilot assembly. We see salamanders frequently as paired equipment with Sentry G-series range installations — same operator, same Garland-spec build, both serviceable on one dispatch.
Griddles
Garland griddles — diner workhorses and hotel breakfast standards
The Garland griddle line is the brand's most diner-restaurant-democratic product. G24/G36/G48 gas flat-tops show up at independent diners, hotel breakfast lines, brunch-heavy concepts, and hospital cafeterias across LA. ED electric variants serve kitchens without commercial gas supply.
Gas flat-tops (G24-G24, G36-G36, G48-G48). Standard widths matched to standard counter footprints. Service items: griddle surface re-polishing and re-seasoning at year 4 to 6 ($200 to $340), thermostat calibration drift correction ($200 to $340), gas valve replacement, burner orifice cleaning. Coastal griddles (Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Pacific Palisades) corrode faster on burner orifices — we factor that into the service interval recommendation.
ED-30 and ED-48 electric variants. Electric flat-tops for kitchens without gas supply or operator preference. Heating element replacement at year 5 to 8 is the primary aging failure ($300 to $520 installed). Element failure typically starts with one zone running cold while others stay hot — diagnostic confirms element open-circuit before swap.
Drop-in griddle modules. Garland also produces drop-in griddle modules for modular cooking suites (paired with the heavy-duty range line). Same service architecture as freestanding units but installed within Master Series or US Range builds. We service both configurations.
Fryers and Holding cabinets
Premier, Sunbeam, and Hotel Pan Holding — the rest of the Garland kitchen
Garland fryers don't dominate the LA commercial fryer market — that's Pitco and Frymaster territory. Frymaster is Garland's Ali Group fryer sibling (both came over with the July 2022 Welbilt acquisition); Pitco is a cross-corporate competitor under Middleby Corporation. But where an operator standardized on a full Garland kitchen package, Premier and Sunbeam fryers come as part of the build. We service them as readily as the rest of the Garland line.
Premier Series open-pot gas fryers. 40-lb and 50-lb capacity configurations. Open-pot design simplifies cleaning and oil management compared to tube-fired variants. Service items: high-limit thermostat ($240 to $380), pilot assembly + thermocouple ($200 to $340), gas valve ($280 to $480). Common failure: pilot thermocouple and safety valve failing as a pair (same age, same heat-cycle exposure). We replace both together when one fails to avoid the inevitable return visit.
Sunbeam Series tube-fired gas fryers. Higher thermal-recovery output for high-volume operations. Tube-burner architecture differs from Premier open-pot — different service approach but same SIT-control safety system. Tube-burner inspection at year 5 to 7 catches early carbon buildup that affects recovery time.
Hotel Pan Holding cabinets. Heated cabinets for banquet hold and catering transport. Service items are simple — heating element replacement, thermostat calibration, door gasket replacement. We see Hotel Pan Holding heavily at LA catering operations (Patina, Wolfgang Puck Catering) and hotel banquet production-to-service workflows. Failure modes are forgiving — even a degraded cabinet stays operationally serviceable while the part is ordered.
SIT control assembly
SIT — Garland's gas safety system across the entire product line
If you call us about a Garland that won't light, has intermittent burner cutout, or shows no-pilot symptoms, the diagnostic almost always lands on SIT. SIT (Sicurezza Italiana Tecnologica) is the Italian-engineered gas safety control assembly Garland standardized on across most of its gas-fired equipment — ranges, convection ovens, fryers, charbroilers. Thermocouple, safety valve, pilot assembly, and the integrated module that ties them together.
The SIT design is reliable, but it has wear-out failure modes. Thermocouples drift open-circuit at year 5 to 8 in heavy duty. Safety valves degrade with thermal cycling. Pilot assemblies foul with combustion residue over time. Garland's own service training materials (the Mayfield Heights training center curriculum specifically) dedicate substantial coverage to SIT removal and replacement — confirming what we see in the field: SIT components are the most common Garland service intervention across categories.
What we keep on the van for same-visit resolution: SIT thermocouples in the most common configurations ($45 to $95 part cost), SIT safety valves ($180 to $280), pilot assemblies. Most Garland gas equipment SIT calls resolve in 30 to 60 minutes once we confirm the diagnosis, including testing the safety cycle before signing off. The full repair runs $200 to $480 parts-and-labor depending on which SIT component failed.
LA install map
Where Garland equipment lives across LA
Garland concentrates in five distinct LA operator clusters. Each has a characteristic equipment profile.
DTLA hotel banquet kitchens — Master Series + MCO convection + Hotel Pan Holding
The DTLA luxury hotel cluster (JW Marriott LA Live, Ritz-Carlton DTLA, InterContinental, Conrad, Westin Bonaventure) runs Garland in banquet prep configurations. Master Series ranges and US Range heavy-duty units handle high-volume cook lines. MCO-GS-20 double-stack convection handles bulk baking and roasting. Hotel Pan Holding cabinets carry production through to banquet service. We dispatch to this cluster regularly; multi-piece Garland service calls are normal here.
Beverly Hills and WeHo steakhouse cluster — Sentry G-series + GS Charbroilers
The LA steakhouse market is the densest Garland install base in the city. Mastro's (Beverly Hills, Newport Beach), STK group kitchens, Ruth's Chris (Beverly Hills, Pasadena), Wolfgang's Steakhouse, Capital Grille, Nick + Stef's DTLA — Sentry G-series gas ranges plus Charbroilers GS-series infrared. Detail on these pages lives on our Garland Range combo.
LAUSD and institutional — Sentry + griddles + Hotel Pan Holding
School district central kitchens, Caltech dining operations, hospital food service. Sentry G-series ranges + gas griddles for breakfast service + Hotel Pan Holding for service-line transport. We service institutional Garland across Cedars-Sinai, UCLA Health, Huntington Hospital production kitchens.
Diner / brunch / casual — Griddles + GD Charbroilers
Mid-LA diner format operations and brunch-heavy concepts run Garland griddles in 24-inch through 48-inch configurations. GD radiant charbroilers serve burger concepts and casual grill programs. Lower brand visibility than the steakhouse cluster but consistent install base across Mid-City, Hollywood, Long Beach.
Catering and banquet operations — MCO convection + Hotel Pan Holding
LA's high-volume catering operations (Patina Restaurant Group, Wolfgang Puck Catering, full-service event caterers) run MCO double-stack convection plus Hotel Pan Holding for production-then-hold-then-transport-then-serve workflows. The MCO + Holding combination is the catering operational backbone in this segment.
Ali Group sibling-call advantage
One service account, Garland + Frymaster + Manitowoc + Beverage-Air + Champion + Lincoln
The Ali Group acquisition of Welbilt put Garland into the same parent foodservice portfolio as a long list of LA-relevant commercial brands. For operators running multi-Ali kitchens — extremely common in hotel banquet builds, steakhouse operations, and dealer-spec turnkey installations — that opens up an operational pattern that wasn't available pre-2022: one service relationship covering the full sibling list. (Note: Pitco, the other major commercial fryer brand, is NOT in this list. Pitco is part of Middleby Corporation via the Blodgett 1981 acquisition chain. We service Pitco too, but the parts pipeline runs through Middleby distribution rather than Ali Group NA.)
Our Ali Group sibling coverage spans:
- Garland + US Range — direct sibling under Ali, shared parts pipeline. Range coverage on Garland Range combo.
- Frymaster fryers — Ali Group McDonald's-OEM fryer sibling.
- Manitowoc Ice — Ali Group commercial ice machine pillar.
- Beverage-Air — Ali Group back-bar and commercial refrigeration sibling.
- Champion dishwashers — Ali Group commercial dishwasher sibling.
- Lincoln conveyor pizza ovens — Ali Group commercial cooking sibling (Lincoln Impinger conveyor pizza ovens).
- Convotherm combi ovens, Kolpak walk-ins, Master-Bilt and Nor-Lake walk-in refrigeration, Delfield commercial refrigeration — all Ali Group siblings, all serviced through the same parts pipeline.
For a hotel banquet operator running Garland Master Series ranges + Frymaster fryers + Manitowoc ice machines + Beverage-Air back-bar refrigeration, that's one phone call to one service account covering four Ali Group brands. Mom-and-pop service providers typically specialize in one or two brands; multi-Ali coverage is structurally the territory of dedicated multi-brand commercial service operations like ours.
Used Garland market
Restaurant liquidation pipeline — used Garland in LA
LA's restaurant turnover rate produces a steady stream of used Garland equipment hitting auction and liquidation channels. Restaurant Equipment World, IRS auctions, RestaurantEquipment.com listings, plus the direct-dealer-liquidation channel — all of these put used Garland in front of LA operators at meaningful discount to new pricing.
Typical LA used-Garland economics:
- Used Sentry G-series ranges run $1,200 to $3,500 (versus $8,000 to $15,000 new).
- Used MCO-GS-10S convection runs $1,800 to $4,500 (versus $7,000 to $14,000 new).
- Used Premier and Sunbeam fryers run $600 to $1,800 (versus $3,000 to $6,000 new).
- Used Hotel Pan Holding cabinets run $400 to $1,200 (versus $1,800 to $3,500 new).
We don't sell Garland equipment. We service it regardless of how you acquired it. The honest framing: if you bought used at auction and you need a tech who knows the SIT control assembly architecture, the Master Series burner setup, and the MCO blower-motor replacement procedure, we are that tech. We won't shame you for not buying new.
The serviceability math typically works out. Garland's parts continuity is unusually deep for a 160-year-old brand — most components on 10 to 15-year-old units are still in production or have direct-replacement OEM equivalents. A $850 repair on a $2,500 used Sentry that retails $9,000 new is a clear operational win. We give the honest assessment after the $120 diagnostic and we will tell you straight if a unit is past economic repair.

Lunch service on time.
FAQ
Garland service questions
Who owns Garland today?
Garland is part of Ali Group's foodservice family. Ali Group completed the Welbilt Inc. acquisition in July 2022, and Garland (a Welbilt brand) moved with that transaction. Manufacturing continues at the Mississauga, Ontario, Canada plant — the same plant that has been making Garland equipment since the 20th century, with the brand itself founded in 1864. Sibling Ali Group brands now include Frymaster fryers, Manitowoc ice machines, Beverage-Air refrigeration, Champion and CMA dishwashers, Convotherm combi ovens, Lincoln conveyor pizza ovens, Kolpak walk-ins, and US Range — Garland's direct sibling brand that shares parts pipeline and service architecture. Pitco (the other major commercial fryer brand) is part of Middleby Corporation via a different acquisition chain — NOT part of Ali Group. For LA operators running multi-brand Ali kitchens, all the Ali siblings are under one service relationship; Pitco we cover separately through the Middleby parts pipeline.
What's the difference between Master Series, Sentry, and Restaurant Series?
All three are Garland heavy-duty range lines but they sit at different duty tiers. Master Series is the highest output — hotel banquet kitchens, very high-volume operations, the M-series electric and the heaviest US Range gas. Sentry G-series is restaurant-tier — premium steakhouses and high-end restaurants, G24/G36/G48/G60 widths depending on burner count. Restaurant Series is entry-to-mid commercial. The shorthand: M-series is electric, G-series is gas, US Range is the Garland sibling running parallel product lines. We service all of them; deeper range coverage lives on our /brands/garland-range-repair/ combo.
Does Garland make convection ovens as well as ranges?
Yes. The MCO Master Series convection line is significant Garland equipment in LA mid-segment restaurants and catering operations. MCO-GS-10S is the single full-size gas convection (10 standard pans); MCO-GS-20 is the double-stack (20 pans, high-volume banquet); MCO-ES is the single electric. Sunfire Series covers the half-size convection footprint for smaller cafes. MCO is the value-positioned convection choice when Rational SCC budget isn't justified — about 40 to 60 percent below combi-oven pricing at similar bake capacity. We see MCO across DTLA hotel banquet prep, Pasadena restaurant kitchens, and Patina catering operations.
What's SIT and why does it appear on Garland service calls?
SIT is Sicurezza Italiana Tecnologica — the Italian gas safety control assembly Garland uses across most of its gas-fired equipment. SIT thermocouple, safety valve, and pilot assembly form an integrated module. When a Garland range or convection oven has ignition issues, no-pilot-light symptoms, or burner cutout under load, the diagnosis almost always lands on SIT components. Garland's own service training materials specifically address SIT removal and replacement — it's that common. We carry SIT thermocouples ($45 to $95 part) and safety valves ($180 to $280) on the van for same-call resolution.
Are Garland Charbroilers the same product as the ranges?
Separate product, frequently co-installed. The GS-series infrared charbroilers are steakhouse-standard equipment — Mastro's, Ruth's Chris, Wolfgang's, STK, Capital Grille and the LA steakhouse cluster run them. The GD-series radiant gas charbroilers cover mid-segment and casual-dining grill operations. Most LA Garland-equipped steakhouse kitchens run both a heavy-duty range and a Charbroilers line, so we frequently service both together on one dispatch. Detailed Charbroilers GS coverage lives on our /brands/garland-range-repair/ combo; this pillar covers GD radiant and salamander broilers.
What does Garland repair cost in LA?
$120 flat commercial diagnostic, waived when you approve the repair. Most Garland service calls land between $340 and $750 parts-and-labor. SIT thermocouple replacement runs $200 to $340. Gas valve and SIT control swap $280 to $480. MCO convection blower motor $400 to $700. Charbroiler GS infrared burner element $320 to $560 (upper end of typical call). G-series heavy-duty burner refurbish $420 to $720. Control board failures are rare on Garland but expensive when they happen — $700 to $1,200. We quote parts and labor separately on every call so you see exactly what you're paying for.
Will you service used Garland bought at restaurant auction?
Yes. LA's restaurant turnover rate produces a steady stream of used Garland equipment hitting auction and liquidation channels. We don't sell Garland; we service it regardless of how you acquired it. SIT control assemblies, Master Series burner setups, and the MCO convection blower architecture are well-documented in Garland's legacy parts catalog — even 15-year-old units typically retain serviceability. The economics usually work out: an $850 repair on a $2,500 used Sentry that lists at $9K new is a clear win. We give the honest assessment after the $120 diagnostic, and we'll tell you straight if a unit isn't worth the repair.
Why won't my Garland range burner or oven stay lit?
The most common cause our techs find is the SIT thermocouple, the flame-safety device on Garland's gas lineup that senses the pilot or burner flame and shuts the gas off if it weakens, so a worn one makes the burner or oven die out shortly after lighting; replacement runs $200 to $340. The next causes are a gas valve or SIT control out of spec ($280 to $480) and a clogged burner orifice that weakens the flame enough to trip the safety. We carry SIT control components on the truck, so most of these close same-visit, and we test the flame and the thermocouple signal before deciding which it is. Same Day Appliance Repair, $120 commercial diagnostic, waived with repair.
There is no Garland service center in LA, who do I call?
Us. Garland's factory-service network lists training centers in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and Irving, Texas, but there's no LA-area Garland authorized service presence, which is a real gap for LA operators. We built our Garland practice to be the LA-area authority by default: we cover the full lineup, not just ranges, but MCO convection, GS/GD charbroilers, griddles, fryers, salamanders, and Hotel Pan Holding, we run the Ali Group sibling-call so one account also covers Frymaster, Manitowoc, Beverage-Air, and Champion, and we stock SIT control components on the truck so most calls resolve same-visit. Same Day Appliance Repair, $120 commercial diagnostic, waived with repair.
